$0 to 100K in 90 Days · Week One of Twelve
Before you build anything new, you look at what is already running. Most people cannot see their own patterns because they are inside them. This week you step outside and watch yourself the way an auditor would.
Six instruments. Seven days. No goal setting, no planning, no fixing. This week you only gather evidence. Everything stays in your browser on your own device.
M Money rear view · the last 12 months, in the open
I In real time · 72 hours logged every 2 hours
R Rhythms · routines, habits, where the hours go
R Reactions · the body when money moves
O Origins · the beliefs running underneath all of it
R Ruling · what it all adds up to
plus the daily practice, running all seven days
Headphones on, before you touch a single question. The track pulses at 0.1 Hz, which is one full swell every ten seconds. That is not a random number. It is the frequency your heart, lungs and blood pressure naturally resonate at. Match it and your heart rhythm stops being jagged. It becomes a smooth wave. That state is called coherence.
It matters for this particular week because coherence is what gives you access to both halves of yourself at once. Out of coherence, your system runs reactive and you get one or the other. The rear view and the hours need you analytical. The rapid round, the ladder and the muscle testing need you open. Most people can only reach one at a time, which is why they end up with either a tidy spreadsheet and no insight, or a page of feelings and no numbers.
The track was sent to you separately. Use the audio link you received for the week one pre audit work. Save it to your phone or bookmark it now, because you need it every morning for the next seven days and you do not want to be hunting for it at 6am.

Do the days in order. Days two, three and four have to run back to back because the trace only works as three unbroken days. If you miss a day, pick up where you left off rather than doubling up. Never run the origins work when you are rushed or tired.
Twelve months of money, laid out where you cannot look away from it.
Do not guess. Open your banking app and your invoices and put the real numbers in. Round to the nearest hundred if you need to. The point is not accounting, it is seeing the shape of the year. The page finds the patterns for you once six or more months are in.
Every source. Mark whether it is reliable, lumpy or a one off.
Mark whether it was fixed, chosen or a surprise you did not see coming.
Who were you around, what were you doing daily, what had you just decided or stopped doing. This is the recipe you keep forgetting you have.
Most people go quiet after a win. Spending, coasting, hiding, celebrating for three weeks. Name yours.
Tax, repairs, renewals, flights. Most are annual and knowable. Which ones did you simply refuse to look at?
Example: I earn hard for six weeks, relax for four, then panic for two.
Not where you hope. Where the maths puts you.
Three days of your life, logged as it happens, not remembered afterwards.
This is the part people skip and it is the part that changes everything. Set an alarm every two hours. When it goes, take ninety seconds and fill the slot. Do not clean it up, do not write what you wish you were doing. Log every transaction the moment it happens, including the coffee.
Your results are not built by your goals. They are built by what you do on an ordinary Tuesday.
Fill this in after you have run at least one day of the trace, so you are describing what is real rather than what you intend.
Minute by minute from the moment your eyes open. Include the phone.
Realistic, not fantasy. Something you could do tomorrow.
Write the real ones, including the ones you are not proud of. Scrolling in bed is a habit. Checking your balance six times a day is a habit. Not replying to invoices is a habit.
Name them, then write what each one has you believing about what is possible.
Feeds, podcasts, news, shows. What is it training you to expect?
Does the room you work in belong to someone building 100k, or someone waiting?
Money is not a number to your body. It is a signal that opens you or closes you.
Two events happen constantly and you have a fixed response to both. Until you can see the response, it runs you. Write these slowly and notice what happens in your chest, jaw, shoulders and stomach as you write.
Before any thought. Chest opens, shoulders drop, stomach tightens, breath holds?
Often it is not joy. Often it is who needs paying, or is this the last one.
Spend, hide it, tell someone, buy something to prove it, stop selling. Be specific.
Do you push harder, or does the pressure come off and the pipeline goes quiet?
Unopened statements, an app you have not opened in weeks, an accountant you have not called.
Specific triggers. A number, a name, a time of month, a certain conversation.
And the honest follow up: how often do you actually give yourself these?
Do you go quiet, overwork, discount your prices, chase the wrong clients, isolate?
Look at the price you dropped, the deal you took, the thing you said yes to out of fear.
Put a number on it. Undercharged work, lost deals, opportunities you let pass.
Everything above is what you do. This is the operating system underneath it.
You are not going to fix anything here. You are going to find out what is actually installed. Most of it was put there before you were seven and you have never once read it back. The exercises below are built to get underneath the answer you would normally give.
Three rounds of nine. A prompt appears, you finish the sentence and hit enter. If the timer runs out it moves on without you, which is the point. Whatever you type in eight seconds came from underneath. You can edit everything afterwards, but read what came out first before you touch it.
Round 1 of 3 · Money itself
Nine prompts. Do not plan your answers. Do not scroll ahead.
1 / 9
Enter to continue. The first thing that arrives is the one that counts.
Pick the answer above that landed hardest, the one you would not want read out. Then go down. Each rung asks the same thing in a different way. Do not skip to the bottom, the layers are the exercise. Most people hit something they have never said out loud around layer four.
Whatever comes first, however small. A coin, a shop, an overheard sentence.
Was it spoken about, hidden, argued over, joked about, never mentioned?
Actual sentences you can still hear. Write them in their voice.
Often the opposite of what they said. Watch what they did on payday, at the till, when a bill came.
What did you decide about yourself in that moment? Children always decide something.
Every family has one nobody ever said out loud. Money is for emergencies. We do not talk about it. You take what you are given. Do not get above yourself. Name yours.
Not which do you agree with. Which ones are still driving the car.
Write your five loudest money beliefs, pulled from the rounds above. For each one, set how true you know it to be with your rational mind, then how true it feels in your chest when you say it out loud. The gap between the two is the subconscious belief. Where the gap is widest is where your reality is being built.
A belief you actually hold produces behaviour. A belief you only perform does not. Put the two side by side and the real one becomes obvious. Use the trace and the rear view above for the evidence, not your memory.
Example: I believe I am worth premium fees. And yet I discounted three times this year without being asked. The second sentence is the belief.
Say each line out loud, properly, as though someone is in the room. Then sit with it for ten seconds before you log what happened. Your body answers faster and more honestly than your mind and it does not know how to lie.
Voice dropped, laughed it off, rushed it, could not finish it, felt fraudulent. That reaction is the belief with the volume turned up.
Beliefs stay alive because you file proof. List the events you keep pointing at.
The times it was not true. You have these too, you just do not file them.
It is still here because it works. Being small keeps you safe from being seen, judged, or wrong. What is yours doing for you?
Put a figure and a number of years on it. Both.
Not the tidy version. The exact wording it uses on you at 3am.
Muscle testing only works when you are out of the way. Get still first. Feet on the floor, spine long, breath slow for a minute. You are not asking your opinion, you are asking the part of you that already knows and has been waiting to be asked.
I call in my highest self and the part of me that already knows.
I ask that only what is true comes through, uncoloured by what I want to hear.
Give me a clean yes and a clean no.
Show me what is mine, what was handed to me and what is ready to go.
I am willing to see all of it.
If you get a no, stop and come back tomorrow. Forcing it gives you noise, not answers.
Your yes and your no have to be established fresh before each session, because they shift with hydration, sleep and state. Pick one method and stay with it.
Stand, feet together, eyes closed, arms loose. Say a statement. Your body drifts forward on a yes and back on a no. Best for beginners because it is whole body and hard to fake.
Thumb and index of one hand in a circle. Index of the other hand inside it, pulling out. The ring holds on a yes and breaks on a no.
Arm out to the side, someone presses down at the wrist while you resist. Strong on a yes, gives way on a no. Needs a second person.
Calibrate against things you already know. Say your real name, then a false one. Say the year, then the wrong year. If the signal is not obvious on those, you are not settled enough yet. Drink water, breathe, start again.
State the belief as though it is yours, in the first person, then run the questions in order. Say each question out loud, test and log what came back. Do not reason with the answer. Log a no that surprises you exactly as it came. The page traces the source for you once you have answered.
If a belief tests as held but not ready to release, leave it. It is still doing a job for you and it will not go until you know what that job is. That is data, not failure.
Anything you marked ready appears below. Work through one at a time and do not rush between them. Read the statement out loud, properly, with your hand on your chest. Then sit for a full minute before you retest. The retest is the part people skip and it is the only way you know whether it actually moved.
A belief you have only seen will grow back. A belief you have seen and then acted against does not. For every belief you tested, write what you actually got from it in your own words, name the one action it has been causing, then name the single action you are choosing instead. Keep the new action small enough to do this week and specific enough that you would know if you had skipped it.
Screenshot this and put it where you will see it. This is the only thing from week one you carry into the week ahead.
What was released is released and it does not return.
I thank the part of me that carried it for as long as it was needed.
I thank whoever it came from and I hand it back with respect.
I close this session. I come fully back into my body and into today.
Log it immediately. It fades within the hour and you will talk yourself out of it by tomorrow.
The one you argued with. Usually the one that was never yours.
A name, a generation, a place, a time. Sometimes it arrives clearly. Sometimes it is just a feeling of who.
A released belief shows up as a behaviour that no longer happens. Name the behaviour so you notice its absence.
Muscle testing is a way of asking yourself a question you cannot answer with your thinking mind. Treat what comes back as material to work with rather than as a verdict on your history. If an answer lands heavy, note it and move on rather than forcing it. Come back when you are settled.
Three practices run daily from day one, and you log what they show you.
These are not part of the audit findings. They are how you stay awake enough to notice what the audit is looking for. The morning session sets your state before the world touches it. The midday check in is the noticing itself. The evening session goes in while your brain is dropping into theta and is most suggestible.
The day you nearly skipped it is the most important data in this whole page.
Messages, opportunities, ideas, conversations. Record them even if they seem like coincidence.
Say it plainly. You cannot change a reality you will not name.
Everything above was gathering evidence. This is the ruling on what is, nothing more. No plans, no promises, no new goals. Those come in week two. Write it as fact, not as complaint and not as apology.
One paragraph. What is actually true about your life and money right now, stated without softening and without drama. A stranger reading it should be able to picture your year.
One paragraph on the operator. Their habits, their defaults, their loop. Third person if it helps you see it.
The ones you would have denied on day one.
Not a fear and not a prediction. Take the numbers, the hours and the habits above and run them forward twelve more weeks. Say where they put you.
Finish this sentence and stop there. Nothing to fix yet, nothing to promise. Week one only asks you to see it.
